Question Do you ship internationally?
AnswerYes, we ship internationally although not to some countries at present due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:

● Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
● Russia
● Belarus
● Ecuador
● Cuba
● Iran
● Syria
● North Korea

Question What are your delivery times?
AnswerOrder delivery can take up to 15 business days depending on your location.

This is due to the following factors:

a) Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–7 business days for all production techniques.

b) Availability of stock.

c) Location of your item(s) as we have several facilities worldwide producing specific items i.e. most headwear is produced in the US.

d) Shipping time.

Question Why have I received a Paypal payment notification from Beyond Media Productions Ltd?
AnswerL’Avenue Apparel and L’Avenue Music are managed through Beyond Media Productions Ltd which provides graphic design, music production, marketing and label services.
Question What’s your Returns & Refunds Policy?
AnswerL’Avenue Apparel products are in the main produced with high quality ‘print-on-demand’ order fulfilment companies with facilities worldwide. All orders go through a 3-step quality check before they get shipped out.

Due to the fact all orders currently are ‘print-on-demand’ and made especially for you we are unable to provide a ‘buyers remorse’ option and therefore cannot exchange items due to ‘wrong size/colour ordered’, etc.. So please be sure to order correct sizes for your item by checking our size charts/guides. Exception: Brazil see FAQs.

However, if a misprinted, defective, incorrect or mislabeled item was accidentally let through quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement or refund.

Question Do you accept any other methods of payment other than Paypal?
AnswerWe are a brand new boutique label and Paypal at this time is our main payment method.

Please note Paypal does provide the ability to use most major credit/debit cards without having to have an account.

As we grow we’ll potentially add more payment integrations.

Question Do you accept payment in different currencies?
AnswerWe currently accept payments in UK sterling, USD (American dollars) and EUR (Euros).

To see the cost of items in these currencies use the currency converter top left on our site.

We may add additional currencies in future.

Question How do I track my order?
AnswerNot all orders having ‘tracking’. As we ship worldwide with general flat rates to keeps costs low for you only some countries provide tracking as part of their basic flat rate service. If you’re parcel is eligible for tracking you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Question My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
AnswerWe’re very sorry to hear that, please refer to the “Package not arrived” part of our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Question Are all your products in an order shipped together?
AnswerSome of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products that may be shipped separately:

● snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps
● 
backpacks
posters

In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

Question I received a wrong/damaged/mislabelled product, what should I do?
AnswerWe’re very sorry to hear that, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Question Why am I being charged a customs fee and other local taxes?
AnswerDepending on your location you may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country.

You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.

L’Avenue Apparel has no control over customs and import tax and we can’t tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.

If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Question Are your packaging materials sustainable?
AnswerWe know sustainable packaging is important to our customers, and we’re committed to finding the most sustainable solutions we can.

As our first step toward more earth-friendly packaging, we recently started using bags made of post-consumer recycled plastics for all apparel orders shipped from our in-house facilities. The share of recycled plastic per bag depends on each facility, but it’s at least 50% for the outside (white or grey) packaging and at least 30% for the inside (clear) bags that are used in multi-item shipments.

PCR packaging protects the products just as well as the virgin plastic bags, and they look almost the same. However, choosing PCR plastic over virgin plastic is the right thing to do to minimize the environmental impact plastic has on our planet.

We’re continuously working on becoming more sustainable, and we’ll keep exploring greener packaging options in the future.

Question Why does my garment have a vinegar smell?
AnswerWhen unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar – like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. If the discoloration is noticeable, the quality control team will include a card explaining that it’s from the fixation agent.

Question Why does the print on my garment look slightly faded?
Answer

With DTG (direct-to-garment), designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorbed into the fabric. We use the DTG method for most of our t-shirts.

DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water. They’re free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).

Opaqueness varies depending on the garment. Lighter weight garments with more cotton content, such as t-shirts will have a more opaque print result.

Heavier weight garments, such as sweatshirts and hoodies, will have a less opaque print result because the fabric is thicker and will absorb the water based ink more. This results in seeing the garment through the print a bit.

Question What is Proposition 65?
AnswerProposition 65 is a law that requires all businesses to provide warnings to customers in California about exposures to chemicals that can expose people to chemicals including BBP and/or Lead, which is known to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

As an ecommerce business owner, it’s our responsibility to inform all our customers in California that if products we sell contain any of the chemicals mentioned in the Proposition 65: https://www.p65warnings.ca.gov.
